Mixed experience overall. The first tech was prompt and efficient, which I appreciated. However, after paying $1,200 I noticed the springs that were installed had visible rust on them — not what you'd expect for that price. To their credit, they came back and replaced the springs at no charge and owned the mistake.Unfortunately a cable then came loose, requiring a third visit. During that visit I found myself helping the technician troubleshoot, which wasn't ideal. He was about to leave and said "It's kinda rough coming down, but it goes up fine." I told him we needed to figure that out, and we found an errant bolt that had been installed that was grinding against the coil.The work appears solid now and they stood behind it, but three visits for one job and having to stay closely involved to catch issues along the way makes it hard to give a full recommendation. If you use them, stay engaged and ask questions.
Fantastic experience with Nick G!! He was able to assess my garage door in a timely manner and called to clearly communicate the situation & multiple options for me. He also gave me good information on the timeline of varying components of my garage door for the next few years. He was thorough, patient, understanding, and I'm so excited to be able to use my garage door again!!!!!!I was able to use their online scheduling system to get someone out within 3 days of my scheduling (and I'm pretty sure I could've done same day if I wanted to). It was such an easy process for something I'd been dreading!
We had a door spring snap at our auto repair shop and made the large commercial door very hard to use. I called around to 4 or 5 places before I found Superior Garage Door who said they could come out the same day and have a look. They showed up right in the service window, evaluated the situation and got me an estimate to approve right on the spot. The technician was able to make a temporary repair so that we could still use the door and returned the very next morning with the proper spring to safely make a permanent repair. I am very happy with the whole experience and will use them again in the future. They were very polite and professional from the scheduling with Charlie all the way to the final repair with Sam.
Kaylen was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Fixed everything and explained some basic maintenance I could do moving forward.The company itself was quick as well. Scheduled an appointment online for the next day and they came without issue. Kaylen called to tell me he was running a bit behind so I was never in the dark about whether they were coming or not.Pricing was a bit on the high side but reasonable for Sunday service within 12 hours of scheduling.Would definitely recommend.
