Genie of St. Pete did such a great job for me, Kenny the technician came over, at the time as promised, and fixed the issue in a few minutes. Also, he did a quick garage door tune-up for me at no extra cost and also told me things I could do to make my garage door and opener perform better and last longer. There was no upsell pressure at all, so honest and profession from booking to service, can not speak highly enough of the whole team. I will never again look for another garage door company again, these are the guys
Kenny did a great job of installing a new Genie Garage door opener for us. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He also set it up to work from my car and through an app on our phones so we can remotely open and close the garage door if needed.
We had a very old model Genie garage door opener that was making a lot of noise and out of balance. I called Genie of St. Pete and Kenny promptly came over the following morning as scheduled. He thoroughly explained the problem, and installed a new model and replaced the pulleys. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and he did a great job. We now have perfectly quiet operating garage door. If you need service for your garage door, I highly recommend Genie of St. Pete. They did a great job and stand by their work!!!
Had an issue with our garage door where the hardware came loose and it wasn't closing properly. Tried to fix myself but failed. This was the morning of Good Friday. They were closed, so I left a voicemail saying would like a call back/appointment Monday. Kenny called back within an hour on Friday and was to our house within 20 minutes where he worked on the issue and had it fixed within 30 minutes. I really can't say enough about how courteous and skillful Kenny was. Fair price and excellent work. I recommend Genie of St. Pete and Kenny to everyone and will definitely go back to him when it's time to replace the garage door opener.
I had Kenny come out this morning to fix my garage door opener that Lowes installed incorrectly. I would never get them to install anything again because it was all wrong. Thanks to Kenny he got it all corrected and did a great job.
