When our garage door wouldn’t open one morning, I noticed a wire hanging outside and knew something was wrong. I called Precision Garage Door Service of Clearwater, and they sent out Sprice Riley the same day. He replaced the opener, the spring, updated all the hardware, and programmed the new remotes. He took his time to make sure everything was working perfectly.Sprice was friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. Amazing company that is very professional and prompt with thier service. The tech Britton that came out had the utmost knowledge of all the workings of the garage door system. He made suggestions on what needed to be done and what could be done. Based on how he presented himself with his knowledge my wife and I trusted him right away and had all suggested and needed parts replaced. He had it done in no time at all. I called them about a small part on the door to be fix ! No job too small. While the tech was here I hadHim do a complete check ! It’s been a while , he check everything ! Fix a few things that needed taking care of, before he even started the job , he told me what it would cost! The tech’s name was Sammy, very nice , very friendly and very knowledgeable at what he does! He told me how long it would take to do the job and he got it done in that time frame! I was very pleased with the work that Jesus Dimasse performed to seal our garage door with new weather stripping. The Florida sun is brutal and after 7 years, it needed to be replaced. Precision installed our door 7 years ago and it is still in great shape, we will use them again when the time comes. Jesus was very professional and did a great job!! I also appreciated that he came out the same day I called for service!!
