Precision is a great service. I was able to get an appointment right away. The technician, Chris McVeigh was wonders. He listened to our concerns and then did his assessment. He was very upfront about our problems and didn’t try to pressure us into getting anything we didn’t need. He worked hard and when finished he went over everything with us and made sure we were comfortable with any new equipment. I would highly recommend them. We are going to use Precision for our home up north.
The prices were fair and the service was great. Good experience all the way around, from placing the call for service to the techinician coming out and repairing our door. The lady on the phone was nice and helpful, as was the service tech who came out. No up-charge for Sunday service. Great company to work with. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
On 1/29/2026 my two car garage door let go from tracks and fell down in pieces.I called Precision to help me. They came out after dark and repaired by 10 pm. Works great and looks great. Great employees put new rollers and saved door itself. Repaired all needed items and were very nice as well as professional. Definitely would use again and recommend to neighbors and friends. Fred

We had one of the coil springs snap on our 8 year old garage door. I called Precision Garage Door Service and after talking to a very polite girl on the phone, I was scheduled that same day for service! As we couldn’t get our cars out of the garage, this was great news. Isak showed on time, and he was very professional and a really nice guy! He showed us exactly what was wrong and what needed to be replaced (coil springs and bearings) without upselling us. He was done in an hour, perfect job. Garage door is working efficiently and much quieter. He even left us a can of lubricant spray! Great job, I have recommended Precision to our neighbors.
