The technician arrived right on time and conducted a very professional assessment. After diagnosing the garage door issue, he presented several options to address the problem. I was unsure which direction to take, but he recommended a solution that met my expectations.

He worked quickly, as he had all the necessary supplies in his van. This company clearly runs a tight ship; they make sure their garage door technicians are prepared to tackle any job, large or small. After gathering his equipment, he fixed the problem before I knew it. Payment was seamless.

Overall, I highly recommend this company. Very professional and worth every dollar.

Uptown Garage did a great job for my wife and I. Our old garage door was rickety and the motor was blown out in the unit. Terry came out and did our estimate and was awesome. Even though we hadn't signed a contract or anything, he made our old door more manageable in the meantime before we could get a new door in. When we did decide to go with Uptown to fix the door, Terry and Evan came out and replaced the door and unit and did a fantastic job. A functioning garage door seems like a small thing, but it's a definite quality of life bump for us! Would recommend Uptown to anyone in St. Pete without reservation.

Thank you Uptown Garage for an outstanding garage door replacement experience from start to finish. We met with several companies and you stood out from the first contact, with Bill arriving quickly and on time to assess our project. We were able to select a door on the spot (because Bill had product brochures with him) and receive a bid within hours which clearly described the project & was fairly priced (not the gouging going on by so many using hurricane & tariffs as reasons) with reasonable deposit payment. Your office staff Gina was fantastic to provide us the necessary paperwork for permitting (which she patiently and professionally navigated the extra complicated process due to Hurricane), and kept in communication throughout the process. Fast forward to the professional and excellent install by Michael with help of Evan & Teri which we were able to schedule within days of receiving permit. They left the job site cleaner than when they received it & we love our new door. Thank you Bill, Gina & Michael and the entire staff at Uptown for your excellent customer service from start to finish. We highly recommend Uptown Garage. Wishing a great company like yours continued success.
