So many other garage door contractors told us we couldn’t convert our manual haul up/down garage door to mechanized because our ceiling was too low, but Ludin did it! Ok, these guys are the absolute best. Totally efficient, completely professional and fairly priced. I demolished my garage door when i was in a rush and backed out before it was totally opened. The entire panel was broken, tracks complete askew, completely broken. I called Ludin and he came within the hour with a team of guys. I swear it was like watching the army get to work--they wasted zero time, knew exactly what they were doing. Within 40 min, they totally fixed the door, got everything back in the tracks and my auto door works as good as new. Very courteous and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
READ THIS IF YOU LIVE IN SOUTHWEST CT - Ludin is great but I'll get to that in a minute. A lot of the garage door listings in Google maps are loaded with fake reviews and even show fake addresses (I saw one that said it was based at Stewart's Market in New Canaan). I live in Darien and I'm a Google Level 7 Local Guide so I hate to see these out of town scams.Now to Ludin:- Ludin installed the door several years ago.- My wife called for service on a broken garage door spring last night after 5 and he was here at 9:30 this morning.- He replaced both springs and a broken hinge at a reasonable price.- The work was fast and tidy.- Ludin is a really nice and friendly guy.- I will never go to anyone else for garage door repairs.Mike in Darien.
