Been dealing with opener problems for months where it would work sometimes and not others. Really frustrating when you're trying to get to work and the door won't respond to anything. They traced the issue to faulty wiring connections that had corroded over time. Fixed all the connections and now it works reliably every single time. Also cleaned the photo sensors which were pretty dirty and affecting performance.
