I called Overhead and another company to look at my garage door. The other company sent someone out that night against my wishes, he told me it would cost the same to repair the door as to replace it. I told him I'll let you know after I see what Overhead has to say.Garrett from Overhead came out the next morning and immediately said the door didn't need to be replaced, he was more concerned with the motor, but after checking the motor he made some adjustments and said it was fine, he made some adjustments to the door and some suggestions and saved me $2000. We used Overhead door to replace an old garage door opener on our house on a tight time frame and they worked us in! I used this company to install my two large bay doors on my tint shop in Lodi. They did a great job in 2006 “flawless”. Just had them service them for the first time after 18 year. They did a ok job serving the doors and replacing worn parts which I payed them. I called them back to fix the motor on the garage door that started to make a loud noise after serving the sectional roll up doors and motor. They came back and tightened a bolt on the clutch and then sent me an addition bill. The problem is not solved and now they sent me to collection for $200 after I stated I will pay them once they fix the issue. Now I am just gonna pay them cause it not about the money, it the principle. Don’t hire these people, they are horrible and don’t stand behind what they do. They must not be doing well. Beware !! Second note they rescheduled me two time to have the doors service with poor excuses. Not reliable.
Our double wide 10yo Overhead door matches our third "Bay" overhead door exactly. Our double-wide door spring broke, and the door crashed (within the track rails which remained intact) onto the floor. Our servicemen was Garret and our contact at Stockton, Ca Overhead door was Trisha. Both were professional, responsive, knowledgable, and patient with our questions. Our appt was set for the next day where we learned the broken spring may have resulted in a bent portion of a support piece on the side when it crashed (withing the intact track), thus making it impossible to use our door again safely. We selected an Overhead double-door Model that matched the front style/appearance of our third 10yo door almost exactly. It was in stock, and installed within 2 business days. Garret arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the job early. The space was left totally clean. He reviewed the mechanisms and maintenance of the door, motor operator/control, sensors, and the garage door switch panel. He provided helpful additional tips to extend the life of our new door. You can't ask for more! We are repeat customers and highly recommend their door brand (Overhead Door) and their services.
We had a spring break on our single car garage. We called Overhead Door come out to fix and do a maintenance on our other garage. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Ruben the tech was great. We will definantly use them again for future needs.
