Two hours later their Repair man got to my house and inspected the job and inspected my garage door mechanism because it is about 20 years old. The young man was quick efficient found things that I really did need and it was very pleasant while he worked. The door now operates smoothly, easily, and will probably not need any more service for a very long time. Antonio arrived on time at 4 PM. He was very friendly. He was very professional. He showed himself so well he was complete gentleman. Then we went over what was wrong with the door he answered all my questions and I asked a lot of questions and he never seemed to be annoyed or short with me. He did a great job. Great job. He did everything he promised to do. It was expensive yes, but it was worth it. He's a great guy and I recommend him wholeheartedly 100%.

She promptly made me an appointment with one of her estimators Second step, the estimator came by on time to give me a job quote. He was very helpful about my concerns of a replacement unit. He gave me a complete quote on replacing the door, hardware, and finish molding. I excepted his offer and made an appointment for installation. Third step, a very professional installer removed the old equipment and put in a fantastic door and trim. I am overwhelmed with the final product. In my opinion, I believe they are the best. My garage door was dented and lifting at the bottom. Param came out and gave me a thorough estimate to either fix the bottom only or replace the whole door. Based on his expert and professional recommendations, we decided to only fix the bottom. We are quite pleased with the results and his professionalism and thorough work performance.
