I am extremely pleased with the work I received from R&S Stockton California. I took a drive down to their office and made a request for a technician to quote me for a new door because my garage door was done for{I thought]. Later that day I received a call from Kenneth {the technician} and we made the appointment at my home. Kenneth showed up on time and went over the whole process with me word for word. Let me add that I am disabled due to a stroke back in 2020 but Kenneth took the time to explain the process and was very patient with me. Kenneth told me what it would cost me, parts and labor. I was quoted about $2600 at a different outfit right after I went down to R&S on the way home. Luckily i did not go with them. Kenneth made me feel valued and assured me that they could handle the job, and he did. i saved around $2000 and my garage door is almost just as new. Please consider R&S for any garage door repairs or replacements. I know I can always depend on them!
Someone broke into our shop and ruined a good door in the process. It also was time to replace another old, dinjy door at our property. I made 1 call and that was to Darren at R & S.He came out, looked at both issues and gave ua a quote before end of day. I didn't get to meet the techs that did repair but what a great job! It's hard to tell that there was even a problem there.For the replacement he sent Kurt and Ken out. They were on time and easy to work with. The door looks great!!!!
Technicians Michael & Jacob did a fantastic job repairing my community's entry call station. The communication box that was barely hanging on to an old piece of wood is now well attached and fixed to the pole. Everything looks brand new! Thank you!
