I had a bad experience with our local company so I decided to call a company in Sudbury, I called Canadoor and they scheduled me in, I asked to be put on a cancelllation list as it was an emergency. They called me and got me in a day earlier than my appointment, the gentlemen that came out was very professional and great customer service. He assessed my situation and was able to come back the next day to have the work completed. New operator in my overhead door and works like a charm. Excellent customer service from the reception to both guys that came out to have this taken care of.
