Abe came over with a 'weird' problem of our recent garage door installation. Somehow the remote was not working although the remote clearly worked. Where earlier a logic board failure was suspected, Abe quickly discovered the issue around an 'unfinished' app installation. He got the security feature reseted and we were good to go. His patience, outreach to subject matter experts, demeanor towards us as well as knowledge were outstanding. The whole process took 20'. Will call Ace faster in future.... Thank you so much
