I called Vic thinking that I need a new spring or opener because my garage door wouldn't shut. He immediately knew what to do and tweaked my sensors and it worked seamlessly. He didn't even charge me for that. And he didn't try to sell me a new opener even though my current opener is 15 years old. He has my business when I need to change my opener.Many years ago, I backed my car into my garage as it was opening. The garage door was bent at the bottom as a result and would not shut all the way. When my husband tried to fix it, he bent the railing and some of the rollers came out. Every company I spoke with told me that I needed a new opener and garage door. Vic fixed it in 20 minutes so I can shut the garage door. He charged a reasonable fee for his time.I can recommend Vic 100% if you have any issues with your garage door. He is amazing at what he does!
