Mike Price from A1 Garage is fantastic! He is not only very thorough and precise - he is upfront, honest, and explains everything to you in detail. We had a garage door spring/coil break on the smaller of the two garage doors at our home. He even made sure to inspect the other larger one to make sure it was safe and tweaked that one a little to make it more secure before leaving - something he did not have to do but because he cared about my concern re safety of the doors and worry about the spring and coil. A1 is a little more in terms of cost, but Mike's expertise and attention to detail made it worthwhile to me. Appreciate your kindness and professionalism! These guys are expert installers. They diagnosed my problem quickly and gave me options. Once I chose a new garage door motor, they quickly installed it and showed me how to use it. David even programmed the opener in my vehicle.
From the very beginning the tech identified himself with a picture and brief bio to my phone. When he arrived he was personable and professional. He treated me like family and gave visual proof of my device’s faults. He gave me options for the fix and expert advice! He did not try to force services on me and A1’s cost were competitive. I choose to replace the garage opener with a new one I had purchased previously. The cost of this service was affordable and well worth it. He also provided guidance on upkeep and upgrades to my actual door and springs. I will be using their service in the future when I replace those parts. Thanks A1 and Alex for the great service.
