Ryan and Ayden did an awesome job installing (2) 12' x 12' doors in our new build. They were both very polite and professional. Ryan also took the time to explain all of the features of the system and answer any questions I had. Lisa and Kacie were also great to deal with prior to the installation. We're glad we went with Overhead Door and the high level of service was refreshing in a world where you're lucky if you get a call back from most places.
We have used OHD since the builder's garage doors needed replacement (or almost 40 yrs). During what I thought was a routine service call, the technician found that work done on a previous call (5+ yrs ago)was not up to par. While they could have easily hidden the misstep, instead they acknowledged the error and corrected it at no charge. They also did not charge for a preventive maintenance service on our other door. Kudos to Rich Wright, Tim R, Camron (and the 2 techs whose names I lost)
We had a new garage door installed. Our service person was Quinton. He came on time, even earlier than expected. He explained everything he was going to do & did it in a timely fashion. It's nice to have somebody with good knowledge of his job & good manners too! Great job Quinton!! Thank you, Jay & Michele Scott
Quinton came to our house in DeWitt to install our new door from Overhead Door - Quinton is the best - as was the door!! Quinton arrived right on time (early in the morning!) - was very polite and kind - he loved our dog and shared pics of his two dogs - so sweet! He installed the new door in a few hours - all by himself!! Quinton had us come out to check his finished product - it was almost perfect and he made a few little adjustments to make it absolutely perfect! Thank you Quinton and Overhead Door!
Very simply I use only Overhead Door. I'm 82 and beat and I don't want garage door problems. I like their responsiveness, their cost, their products, their helpfulness, their technicians and their knowledge. Yes one more thing. My most recent technician, a few days ago, was Quinton. He got me squared away. In one word, he's great. The whole company is great.
