I have used this company for several years at both my old house and my current home. Each time I call them for service, they are professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. In terms of scheduling, many times they have taken the time to work with me in emergency situations by finding open spots in their technicians schedule, which I appreciate very much! They have repaired doors for me that were not installed by their company also. I have recommended them to multiple people and they have all been satisfied! I will continue to use this company over and over again! Keep up the great work!

Amazing job and the technician was so polite and professional! He worked for 4 hours at our home in 14 degree weather. He took time to explain what needed to be done and after completing the job showed me what he actually did, answered all my question and completely cleaned up the job before he left. I was surprised by the price but in today's world it was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door repairs

This was hands-down one of the best service experiences I’ve had. My two garage doors are both over 20 years old, and one developed a problem. At 10:00 PM, I booked an appointment through their online system, and a technician was at my house by 8:00 AM the next morning—impressively prompt!
The tech was extremely professional and explained the issues clearly and honestly, with zero pressure to buy unnecessary parts or a full replacement. We agreed on the needed repairs, and the work was completely finished by 11:00 AM.
He walked me through all the new components and showed me how everything operates. The doors now run whisper-quiet and include modern features like WiFi connectivity. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work.
I’m extremely pleased with the professionalism, speed, transparency, and overall service. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with the folks at Precision. They were timely and maintained open communication from scheduling the initial consult to final installation. They offer several customization options (color, panel size/shape, windows, handles, etc) and quoted me a better price than Home Depot. I did order window inserts that unfortunately did not arrive with the door, but the install team said they will reach out when the inserts arrive so those can get put in. Highly recommend this company for your garage door needs!
