Elite Garage Door & Gate Repair provided a very frustrating experience. The technician arrived late, quoted a much higher price than what was discussed on the phone, and rushed through the work. The repair didn’t last, and their customer service offered no real help afterward. Overall, the service was unprofessional, overpriced, and not worth recommending.
The door came off its track and I thought it was ruined, but they repaired it quickly and made sure it operated safely. I really appreciate the fast and honest service.

Our old Genie got blown out by a power surge. After talking to two other installation companies Elite came back with an option that was hundreds less for an opener with better features. On top of that, even though I called at 4pm, Leo was able to come and install the new opener that night! He was super friendly and helped me set up the app, program the keypad and get HomeLink working in my cars!
