Reviews
What customers say
Positive accounts describe prompt repairs: one customer says a door off its track was repaired quickly and left operating safely, while another says a gate problem was diagnosed right away and its damaged motor replaced. One customer credits Leo with installing a replacement opener that night and helping set up the app, keypad and HomeLink. In contrast, one customer reports a late arrival, a quote much higher than discussed by phone, rushed work that did not last, and no meaningful help from customer service afterward.
Customer Reviews
Jaiden Mckinney
Elite Garage Door & Gate Repair has been dependable every time I’ve used them. Skilled technicians and honest pricing.
Eva Brown
Elite Garage Door & Gate Repair provided a very frustrating experience. The technician arrived late, quoted a much higher price than what was discussed on the phone, and rushed through the work. The repair didn’t last, and their customer service offered no real help afterward. Overall, the service was unprofessional, overpriced, and not worth recommending.
Ralph Sharp
The door came off its track and I thought it was ruined, but they repaired it quickly and made sure it operated safely. I really appreciate the fast and honest service.
Paul Nichols
The team was excellent from start to finish. They diagnosed my gate problem right away and replaced a damaged motor. Everything works flawlessly now. I really appreciate how professional and efficient they were.
Hockey Rules
Our old Genie got blown out by a power surge. After talking to two other installation companies Elite came back with an option that was hundreds less for an opener with better features. On top of that, even though I called at 4pm, Leo was able to come and install the new opener that night! He was super friendly and helped me set up the app, program the keypad and get HomeLink working in my cars!
