I was having popping noises with my garage door opening and closing at my new home. Rooster came out to look at it. He listened to my concerns and addressed all my issues. He added a extra brace to the garage door motor, lubed the torsion springs and even installed better sealed roller bearings, all quieting my garage door operation. Rarely do you get customer service like this in this day and age. I highly recommend Custom Door & Fireplaces for all your service and installation needs.

Too many issues with this company. Two guys came out, noticed the owner bought the wrong size garage spring, said they would be back in 2 hours, never heard or saw them again. I texted one of them 3 days later and never got a text back. I called the day after that. The owner answered then hung the phone up....I called again, this time he just sounded angry. I explained what happened...he said he failed to return my call or reschedule the appointment. I explained I lost 2 days of work waiting on them...he just said, " What do you want me to do about it?".....how about come fix the spring?
The guy that did come back to fix the spring was very helpful and nice. The owner, however, should probably rethink about his manners to the clients that give him business.

I called these people after another company took over two months and still hadn't put in a door. Called on a Monday and they put the door in that Friday. Actually would have been sooner, but I needed the other company to pick up the garage door they didn't install. They put in the door quickly and professionally, especially since I had a problem opening because of the other door I had in there that broke. It looks good and functions perfectly. The price was fair.
