Ben at Banko was a most professional, friendly and highly competent garage repair guy. I called Banko in the early afternoon of Feb 25th. Banko dispatch lady was very nice and told me Ben the technician would call me.Few minutes later he called and told me he would be at my garage in 20 minutes. He actually showed up in 20 minutes! Actually couldn't believe it!I had previously used a service that was slow to answer their phone, gave me a 4 hour window and said they were pretty busy so it might take longer.Ben immediately began the process of diagnosing the problem and was able to come up with a plan to fix it all. He was awesome and quickly got to work. In less than an hour or so, he was about to get everything working and saved the day. What was a bad start to the day ended with a fast, positive outcome.Thank you Ben! And thank you Banko, for having a great service. We requested assistance on an overhead garage door belt replacement. Joe provided excellent guidance on our final decision to replace not only the belt but to also replace the motor assembly as well. Since our original unit was 17 years old we decided to be proactive now as not to pay later. The shelf live of the overall assembly worried us. Our upgrade also gave us a key pad outside our door and also a programmable indoor key pad with a camera and backup battery. The backup battery will kick in when power is cut off at home. Joe did an excellent job installing and provided a thorough explanation on all facets of our new devices. Joe was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with Joe’s work performance.
First I am very biased because I have used Banko for over 30 years and their service and pricing is always excellent. They installed my garage door decades ago, and new lift six years ago, and replaced springs several times! So, today my wife need to go to a hair appointment, but the garage door wouldn't open. Off she goes in a Lyft! Benjamin of Banko was there within an hour, replaced the springs at a reasonable cost, with no emergency fee added, and serviced everything else on the door for free. I was able to pick my wife up when she was finished. How's that for service! Benjamin has been to my garage a couple of times, and no one is more careful and caring. Thanks Banko!

My old Garage door opener failed. I called Banko first thing in the morning . it’s the holiday season and everyone goes in and out of my house through the garage. Lisa set up a call and Gurdev came out within the hour. Gurdev was very professional he appeared well organized and explained everything he needed to do. he was quick and neat and we now have a new garage door opener with great new technology.
