The owner was awesome. I called him and he came out within an hour and a half. I sent him pictures of my garage door beforehand since it was having issues closing, and he immediately knew what the problem was. The repair took about two hours, and now the door closes perfectly. Andre was the third garage door technician I called, and finally someone who actually did his job right.The first guy tried to oversell me on parts I knew for a fact I didn’t need, so I sent him away. The second one didn’t even show up to the appointment and never contacted me again. Completely ghosted.Then Andre arrived within 10 minutes, even though it was already evening. Professional, kind, and straight to the point. No pressure, no nonsense, just honest work and very reasonable pricing.Highly recommended. We are so obsessed with our new garage door! From the time of quote to installation, it only took a couple days! Andre was amazing and did everything he could so we could have our new garage door before Christmas on the 23rd!! It is so beautiful and I am so impressed with how I cannot hear a thing!
