They were honest, professional, and showed real integrity in their work. They took the time to explain what was actually wrong and did not try to overcharge or push unnecessary parts or services. Job done extremely well. Installers arrived when they said they would be here and they paid great attention to detail. They were not happy with one of the trim pieces and came back to try to fix. Would recommend Rite-A-Way and will use them again for repairs.
