My home was built in 2018 and came with a genie garage door installed. However about a year ago it started giving me trouble and often times wouldnt open. It was becoming an issue especially during the brute AZ summer months. Today a had enough and decided to do a quick google search for the repair. I would Ultimate Garage AZ website and noticed that they do same day repairs. When Johnny first arrived he quickly noticed that I had a genie and knew what the issue was. Before he arrived read reviews online about the genie having issues with garage motor sensor connection to the garage. remotes. He reaffirmed what I already knew and told he could fix it but it would Ultimate have the same issue in the future. I asked him how much and what he needed to replace. He was upfront and true full with the pricing. While he was installing the motor. I asked him why my garage was so loud. He pointed out the chain system and recommended the rail that went with the kit. I decide to go ahead and get that too. Johnny was very professional, friendly, and took his time to make sure the garage was installed correctly and to my liking. He wanted make sure that I was a happy customer snd I really appreciate him being honest and upfront about everything. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone is the west valley area.
