The person who answered the phone patiently listened to my garage door problem and explained that they could send someone out in less than 48 hours for a service call to inspect the door and opener since i wasn t sure if the issue was beyond repair. terry arrived shortly after the appointment window started and quickly found that it was a simple garage door repair. He was very kind, efficient, and pleasant to work with. He had the garage door fixed and running smoothly again in just a few minutes. i was so relieved, and the service call price was exactly what i expected. Incredibly quick and easy to work with. I thought getting our two garage doors repaired would be a stressful and expensive job since one had never worked properly and the other was damaged when it was hit. Jason from Advanced Tech Garage Service arrived the same day, showed up on time, gave us a fair estimate, and finished the garage door repair within a few hours. Advanced Tech Garage Service did an excellent job with our custom garage door. Jason helped us get the right door ordered quickly, and the installation was completed in just a few hours with great attention to detail. He also hauled away the old garage door and opener at no extra cost, and left the whole area clean when the work was done. Later, we decided to add a garage door keypad, and he was able to come out the same day to install it. While he was there, he also lubricated the moving parts, adjusted the chain, checked the springs, and made sure the opener was running smoothly. He arrived on time, explained how to use and maintain the new garage door system, and made sure everything was safe and working properly. The workmanship was outstanding, the service was professional, and the pricing was very fair.

when my garage door springs broke, i thought i might end up spending a lot or maybe try to fix it myself. after looking up some options, i found a local garage door repair company in thousand oaks and decided to reach out. they picked up the phone quickly and were very polite. terry, who answered, really knew his stuff and explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand. i was sure that i'd have to wait a while, but to my surprise, they were able to come out the same day. jason, who did the repair, was super friendly and clearly experienced. he explained all my options without any pressure and was upfront about what really needed to be fixed to get my garage door working again. the price was very fair, and my garage door has been working perfectly ever since! jason even managed to fit in a visit to my sister's house nearby because she also had a broken spring. we are so thankful for the quick, honest, and expert service from the whole team. this is definitely the company we'll call for any future garage door repairs!

Jason was the technician who came out. He carefully checked the garage door sensors and explained each step he was taking to fix the issue. Jason also suggested some preventative maintenance to help the springs and door last longer, which I appreciated. He made sure to test the door multiple times to confirm everything was working perfectly. The work and repairs were clearly explained to me and detailed on the invoice.
