It's been awhile to recieve service as good as Spike's. We had a door issue that would cause the door to stop on the way up. We would have to keep hitting the opener and gradually work the door open. I called Spike's and within 2 hrs problem was fixed. It was a simple adjustment. I never received a bill and was surprised how fast thier service was. Definitely recommend their service and will go to them again. Thanks!

After shopping around and getting a few other quotes, I looked at Spike's reviews and liked they were right around the corner and were not a huge company. Smaller, privately owned, local companies usually always provide better service. I called Spike's and Nick said he would stop by that day to look at and measure my 3 doors. His quote was lower than the others and he offered quite a few options and suggestions.Im so glad I went with Nick and his company. It only took about 4 weeks to get all the doors and 2 days for the installation including 3 of the quietest openers I've every heard. With the money we were saving we were able to go with thicker insulated doors with insulated windows. They did a top notch installation and cleaned up very well after themselves. I will recommend them hands down.
I am so satisfied with this company. We were in need of a new spring and also a garage door opener. I called at 10:00am and he was out here by 12:45pm and the job was completed by 2:30pm. Nick was very knowledgeable and educated us with everything. He was very polite, honest and didn’t try to up charge us with anything and the price was very reasonable. I have given him 5 stars and will highly recommend him. This will be the only company for us with any garage door needs.

I called last evening after the garage door wouldn’t open because of a broken torsion spring above the door, AND A LIVE HUMAN ANSWERED!!Nick was here first thing this morning. He had all the needed parts and material stocked on his truck, had everything fixed and running smooth in under an hour.
