From the moment I called Garage Door Doctor to the completion of the work everyone that I dealt with was superb. My initial call was answered quickly with a friendly voice who took my details and scheduled an appointment. After that I had a text message to confirm along with a picture of the technician who was dispatched. He subsequently called to say he was running early and to confirm that would be ok. He throughly checked out the door and took me through the necessary repairs and options. He had everything needed in his van and completed the repairs quickly. From start to finish this was a 5star experience. Highly recommend these folks.
