Dimitri is extremely professional. I called this past Friday due to garage door damage. He came out to my house to examine and gave me quotes on 2 options to resolve my issue. I chose one of the options and he immediately asked if he could come back today (Monday) to install the plan I agreed to. He showed up today on time and completed the work promptly. My HOA said I had to replace my garage doors, I had a very short window to get approval and get the garage door color, specs, approved and installed. I had quotes from 4 installers. I call Dmitry with Veles Garage Door Service LLC and explained the tight window and the special chocolate color I specs out. Dmitry driobe out to mt house and we discussed all the details, mostly waiting a month for the HOA approval. Once approved Dmitry ordered doors and expedited the shipment and within 3 weeks my special order was in and he scheduled the installation within 2 days. Dmitry showed up on time and installed the garage doors by himself in 5 hours. Dmitry was stellar in getting the job done quickly. On time, lowest price by far from other bids I received, I have a great warranty and he took time to teach me how to lubricate the garage doors.
