I have my garage door replaced by AVF Residential. I found AVF from Google search that has excellent reviews. The owner Arjay is very pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable about garage door. He explained in details the pros and cons about making repair or replacing my old garage door. With that, I decided to replace the door. He offered a reasonable price, and asked me to shop around for my decision. I decided to take his offer and the door was installed within 2 weeks. The installers were very efficient and installation was done within 3 hrs. After they left, I found that some minor adjustments may be required. I texted Arjay, he responded within minutes, came to my house within 20 minutes and made the requested adjustments. Excellent customer service. Now I understand why AVF Residential has such excellent ratings.
Arjay answered my call quickly on Saturday afternoon and assessed my garage door concern over the phone and assured me that he could resolve the problem. With in 2 hours of the initial phone call and completion of the repair the door was back to operational. Arjay was very courteous and explained why the door had become inoperative and exchanged the parts as needed. Would definitely recommend Arjay and his expertise to friends and family!Cheers!
