I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Orange County. My garage door was making a lot of noise and vibrating badly, so I gave them a call—and they came out the same day, which was a huge relief. Daniel, the technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was causing the problem, and made the repair without any upselling or pressure. The garage door is now running smoothly and quietly. Outstanding service, fast response, and great workmanship. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Orange County and Daniel in particular. ??

I’ve used Precision Company twice now, and my experiences have been excellent. Josh Allswang, the technician, repaired my very heavy wooden garage door by securing loose screws and metal plate that had fallen, properly balancing the door, and programming all four remotes. Everything was working perfectly when he finished. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use this company again. Thank you, Josh, for the great work!

My experience with Precision Garage Door service was extremely good. My garage technician Matthew was knowledgeable and very helpful with my situation. He didn't try to sell me anything and just very honestly addressed my problem since I had an older (20 year old) opener. When I decided to change one, he give me many (4) options and to my surprise, the cost was very reasonable (lower than I thought). After deciding on one, he was able to immediately start working on it and finished in 1 1/2 hours. I'm very pleased and will recommend Precision Garage service to anyone. Thank you
