891$ for replacing 2 springs and nylon bearings with life time warranty.- approx 1 hr service with 1 technician.

Same parts from homedepo cost ~ 200$.
Assume 150$ for 1 hr Labor. 25$ charge for trip/inspection.

I believe that the cost was a bit excessive for what was provided, basically you are paying the price for the lifetime warranty.

My garage door spring broke so I called this company based on the good reviews on Google. I called after normal business hours but was still able to connect with a person. She was very nice and scheduled me for repair the next day. What I didn't notice is that it was actually scheduled for the day I called so no one came out the next day during my window. I called back and they were very accommodating with the mistake and got someone there right away, in less than 1 hour. Communication was very good through email and text. Repair was done quickly and correctly and cost was reasonable. Would highly recommend!
