M&M impressed me by being available to discuss my situation after business hours about 6 PM… She had her best technician TJ, come and inspect at 8 AM the following morning. He called while he was on his way, even offered to collect a coffee for me! I mean - how considerate!!!TJ offered me several options to fit my budget as well as with quality, cost, availability, and installation options. I very much appreciate having M&M as a resource.
The company was fantastic! Very respectful to my property, polite, and answers all questions and concerns. Did two doors in a few hours. They cleaned up as they moved along. Tj arrived on time, even calling to let me know when he'd arrive. He was very thorough, explaining everything so I could understand. He also went over my options and had great customer service skills. I'd definitely recommend TJ to anyone.
TJ was AWESOME. He was able to resolve the issue and he replaced the entire garage system for a fair price. First time I needed this kind of service and I was very impressed, from start to finish. Highly recommend M&M for any garage door service.
