Cody is unbelievably talented. I actually thought I would get another garage done so I could watch him work. It really is something. From the way he handled his tools to the finished product. You might want to mar him a trainer. Beautiful doors. Super clean job. Very happy. Luke Adams was great on a follow up.

????? Review for Jimmy pilant I can’t say enough good things about Jimmy and the work he did. From the very beginning, he was professional and respectful. He arrived exactly within the time frame he provided, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who values your time the way he does. Jimmy came with honesty, a great attitude, and ready to work. He got straight to it and handled the job quickly and efficiently. What impressed me the most was how fast he completed everything without cutting corners — the work was done right, and it only took half od time that I expected because he clearly knows his craft. You can tell he has experience and takes pride in what he does. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to talk to. We had a great conversation while he worked, which made the whole experience even better. It didn’t just feel like a service call — it felt comfortable and trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend Jimmy to anyone who needs garage work done. If I ever need anything else in the future, I will definitely be requesting him personally. ****UPDATE company rectified this situation (below) with no issue and no additional funds. Garage door is working great and will use A1 in future. I will say that they seemed to be priced on higher end, but for the accountability and speedy service, it’s hard to beat.***** Had technician out to convert suspension system. Which went well. After they left I noticed the cable going to motor was sagging on one side. Tried to reach back out to technician with no response. Had to schedule another appointment for someone else to come out. Would have preferred for this to have been done with original service which I paid substantial money for. Will update if corrected without addition funds.

I am grateful for A1 and technician Matt’s service! He was patient, detail oriented and professional in his service call. The doors and hardware were original from the home’s construction and needed catch up on deferred maintenance. I am Grateful for Matts time and attention to work with me to come up with the most efficient and cost effective strategy for key updates to hardware and guidance and aupport on programming controls. Seeing output of the work - door goong from 34 lbs to 4 showed the impact of the hardware install. Very positive experience with updates and confirmation on service appointments and timely arrival of invoices for services. A1’s Technician, Matt was thorough in his assessment of our aging system, walked us through the repairs and maintenance necessary and provided us with reasonable options. Once we agreed upon what was needed he completed the work quickly and walked us through everything he had accomplished. Finally he took the time to show us how everything worked and how to pair the new equipment to our phones. Our entire experience was professional and actually transparent both are vanishing qualities.
