It was Sunday morning, and my garage door would not open more than a foot. The main horizontal bar seemed to buckle a bit. I called AZ Garage Door Repair and they were at my house in 2 hours. They explained that a double wide garage door should have 2 springs and not one. I opted for this. The work was done in about an hour and several small issues were also fixed (loose bolts, loose chain, etc.). There was no extra charge for coming out on a Sunday. I can’t see enough Good about my experience with my recent replacement of my garage door spring. Sky came out within a few hours and had the job done and serviced all my other garage doors as well had no extra charge. He noticed one of the belts on one of my openers was badly damaged and recommended that I contact Chamberlain because he thought there was a lifetime warranty on the belt and he was correct. He is going to replace the belt once we receive it at no additional charge. I feel I got outstanding service at a good price. I will have no hesitations using them in the future if they need arises.
