I called Goody on a Friday and they had a tech available to come out the next business day.My technician, Johnny, called ahead on the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He quickly got me a quote and was able to install the new opener on the spot. The new motor is sleek and much quieter. The installation was quick and high quality. The previous company ended up emailing me the quote over the weekend, and Johnny was able to price match it for me, saving over $200!Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience!
