I cannot recommend these guys enough! Adam came out to take a look at my garage door after it broke down while we were buried in snow and ice. They came out same day and made the repair while walking me through what had happened, how to prevent it from happening again, and things that I could consider in the future.They were so affordable and kind.By far the best value and service in the area. If you have anything to do with your garage door, you know how expensive and time-consuming it can be. Please consider using these guys!
Great experience. I highly recommend this business. Alex (the owner) helped me with a small job repairing a garage door. He had to go back to check it again, and he didn’t charge me for the second trip regardless of the problem not being the garage door, but the electrical outlet.i saved his info and called him to give me an estimate to replace my garage door. He sent me a link to browse the doors. He didn’t put any pressure on us. 2 months later we were ready and called him to set an in person appointment. He came with his installer, gave us options and price. He was super friendly and likeable. We signed the estimate, and the ball was rolling. The installer did a great job during the installation process, keeping the work area well organized and clean. This was a smooth happy transaction from beginning to end.
We absolutely LOVE this company! We had an issue with our garage late at night. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who advised since it was so late his last person left for the day but that he would come out so we don’t have to be left with our garage open! He pulled the garage down within minutes and was very informative. Unfortunately we indeed needed a new garage because it literally broke but he took care of us and got us scheduled to receive our new one. NOW TODAY the garage guy came out his name was Michael and he was AMAZING TOO!!! Very kind, we all enjoyed talking with him and you can tell he loved what he does because he went on and on about how great his boss is and the company as a whole. You don’t meet very many people like this that enjoys what they do and presents the company well but he DID!!! I willAbsolutely use them again but hopefully I won’t need a new one for a long time lol
