My torsion spring broke, locking me out of my garage. I called Alliance late Wednesday and they scheduled a technician for Thursday morning. "Junior" replaced both springs and had me back in my garage by 11:00 A.M. Excellent responsive service.

Alliance was quick to respond and send a technician out this morning. They came for a repair and I decided to not only repair the problem left by another company but replace the opener, and rails and new hardware. Junior was my technician had all the parts brought out and repaired everything. The door works fantastic now and is so much quieter. I highly recommend them for any and all garage door repairs !
Let me start by saying I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy of owner and East Texan Ron Summers and his technician Junior. I had hired a company to replace my garage door that I thought was a local company. They were not and when I had significant problems, I found out they no longer serve the Tyler area. While they did a very poor job of installing the new garage door, they did stand behind their warranty and referred me to Ron with Alliance who called and came out the same morning with Junior! They not only made the necessary repairs and adjustments on the spot, Ron also made an excellent suggestion to resolve gaps that were letting in bugs, dust, etc. - and at an excellent price. Bottom line - I have a new, truly local garage door company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
