We were receiving error code messages with our garage door which was not properly opening and closing. Our technician, Jose G-TJ arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem. He was able to repair the problem and triple-checked that everything was now working correctly. Jose G-TJ was not only incredibly competent but could not have been a nicer and more pleasant person to interact with. Jose G-TJ is such a nice person and represents Besser Garage Doors very well. Thank you for such great and efficient service!

We were very happy with the service we received today from Chris at Besser Garage Doors. We had been longtime clients with JMK Garage Doors and always felt they were trustworthy and honest with us. Chris explained about JMK being sold to Besser due to the owner retiring. We felt Chris was very good about diagnosing what had happened to our 20 year old garage door opener and explaining the various options that were available through them. Chris did a very good job of installing a new opener and we are very pleased with his installation!!
