He was able to repair the problem and triple-checked that everything was now working correctly. Jose G-TJ was not only incredibly competent but could not have been a nicer and more pleasant person to interact with. Jose G-TJ is such a nice person and represents Besser Garage Doors very well. We were very happy with the service we received today from Chris at Besser Garage Doors. We had been longtime clients with JMK Garage Doors and always felt they were trustworthy and honest with us. Chris explained about JMK being sold to Besser due to the owner retiring. We felt Chris was very good about diagnosing what had happened to our 20 year old garage door opener and explaining the various options that were available through them. Chris did a very good job of installing a new opener and we are very pleased with his installation!!

Jose was very knowledgeable about garage door service and troubleshooting. He was prompt, professional and personable. Jose explained the issues I was experiencing with my door. He offered several solutions with various price options that were available to fix the problems I was experiencing. The prices offered to me were both fair and accurate. Jose was not insistent or pushy on up selling a specific product.

Upon my decision, Jose completed the work in a timely manner. His work was clean and neat. Upon completion Jose showed me the work he performed and ensured I was happy. He was very helpful in explaining some preventive maintenance to ensuring the longest possible life of my garage door and hardware. He also made some safety recommendations for future repairs. Thank you Jose.
