If you want your garage door to look like ours does - completely broken (see photos), then choose them. They clearly don’t know what they were doing. We had problems with our door from day one. I do appreciate them trying to make it right but after no less than a dozen calls for service, a replaced motor, replaced bearings and wheels, it still looks like the photos. I will never use this company again. Go with someone else.To add to that no one is dragging anyone through the mud we are a hard working middle class family that saved to have our dream garage door we have had non stop issues since we got it. We deserve to have our truth shared and not be made to feel any sort of way by Caliber.We do want to recognize Alex who was incredible he is a true professional and expert in his field. He was genuine and kind and did all he could for us.The owner we interacted with on the other hand was extremely disrespectful to my wife when our Genie motor broke again and she called to report it. I also requested all our records from the last 5 years and he refused he said he has enough on his plate and wants to work with “decent people”.Regardless of Caliber trying to make it right it’s still isn’t right. We are still left with a broken garage door which we now have to completely replace. We want to save anyone else from having to go through the stress and anxiety we have had to deal with.This may not be everyone’s experience but it’s certainly ours.
THE. BEST. We shopped around and across the board, Caliber has been superior in every aspect. Marc, our specialist was unbelievably professional, pleasant, understanding, patient, attentive, competent and thorough in every way. We never felt we were being pressured or upsold/baited in any way. Everything about Marc was integrity, honesty and straight shooter. Our pricing was the best, and everything he promised, he did, on time, and no excuses. Doors are fantastic, super quiet and an unbelievable improvement to our home in looks and application. Santos did a fantastic job installing - super professional, careful, clean, and took the time to do it right. The installation had some challenges due to high/weird ceilings, but he easily tackled them and the equipment is rock solid and looks built to outlast the house! lol. bonus: he left our garage cleaner than when he arrived!! Marc followed up with care and instant availability with any question we had. Marc and Caliber's actions are truly a breath of fresh air. Go figure, there still is a company out there with integrity and that delivers 110%! Zero regrets, total satisfaction.

He followed up appropriately and we never felt pressured. The contractors were efficient and cleaned up and hauled our old door for us.
