First, in August 2025, they installed a new opener and serviced our door to operate flawlessly. Recently, our lower denser may have been bumped out of alignment. 5 minutes later, it’s all working great again.

Tried to go out of my garage two days before Thanksgiving because the The door would only go up a couple of feet. Replaced a broken hinge but still wouldn't work. I looked up and found that one of the springs broke. I figured I'd be lucky if I could get it done next week some time. Called Ramirez doors because idea used them once before in 2014. They made a concerted effort to get to me the same day and gave me 330 to 430 show time. Jimmy arrived early and had the job done in thirty minutes with a set of springs with a lifetime warranty. He was quick and courteous, lubed all the hinges and the spring and even installed a piece of metal angle to help a cracked panel on the door. I can't recommend them enough. Jimmy truly went the extra mile to provide great customer service. Thanks Jimmy. It's hard to find this level of customer service these days and I truly appreciate it.
