We had a spring bust on our garage door so I looked around and saw good reviews for these guys. Everything I read was true.Scheduling was very simple, showed up on time and replaced both springs for a fair price in record time. Even went above and beyond when I mentioned the door has been loud. They cleaned the track and lubed it. I've lived in this house for 13 years and haven't heard the garage door be this quiet before. I don't normally write reviews for anything but I'm very grateful that good work like this is still around.Thank You to Ryan and his helper!!
Ryan and his team are excellent - they prioritized my budget over the "upsell"! I needed to replace one garage door panel and get a new motor. This is not my first time (same issue at our prior house) and I was leery of having to replace all three garage doors (like last time). I read a lot of reviews for a lot of Vancouver garage door places, and picked On Track specifically because he actually made repairs for people. Ryan came (same day), confirmed that the door brand I have is no longer in business so a match was a no-go, BUT he suggested a few solutions that would allowed me to not buy any new doors/panels. He even replaced a hinge on my door before I had committed to buying from him. He gave me a set price. Chuck and Phil came the next day to do the work, and were friendly and efficient. They even did additional work (added an extra hinge and a few bolts) to make sure the solution worked perfectly. I could not be more pleased!
Wow, blown away. Our garage door spring broke and it was inoperable. I had another company come out for a bid prior (they were $1,800+ and tried to upsell me a new door around $4,000 telling me mine was broken). I called Ryan and told him what’s going on and he said not to worry he is MUCH more affordable. Not only did Ryan give me an affordable price, but he was honest. Walked me through everything, showed me what’s ACTUALLY damage unlike the other guys. Ryan was very informative, educated, extremely easy to work with and most importantly had integrity with his business. It felt like I had a family member fixing my garage door. And he was done within 1.5hrs! Kudos to you my friend that was the best experience I’ve had with a repair service. I will be a returning customer when we’re ready for a new door.
Ryan did a great job replacing the springs on my garage door, he was fast, friendly, and honest. On Tracks prices were much less than their competitors and he did not try to upsell me on an extended warranty. It’s never fun when you need unexpected home repairs, however when your repair expert not only fixes the problem, but makes things better than they ever were, it makes it a lot less upsetting. Not only did Ryan replace the springs, he also tuned up the opener and lubed the hinges, wheels, and tracks. My garage door works better than when it was new. Thanks Ryan, you have earned my future business and you have earned all of my future recommendations
