I was very impressed with the service (tune-up) provided. The technician, Colby, knew what to look for and went about doing his work accordingly. He was on time, and very pleasant. The squeaky and noise doors are no more. I will definitely use Ryder Garage Doors again. Highly recommended.

We just had Colby fix our broken garage spring. He upgraded our system to 2 springs due to the weight and size of our door. Great improvement and all done on the same day we called. Super nice and friendly, extremely efficient. Thank you! Call them!
Grandma's garage door went out called a dozen places from San Diego all multiple days or weeks out. Joe got me in the same day and Colby killed it on the install I highly recommend and appreciate both the great service, kind staff & speedy installs. I would definitely recommend Ryder’s Garage Doors! Our garage broke down and we decided to give Ryders a call since they offered a free quote. Colby came out and diagnosed our garage and we found out much to our disappoint that the company who serviced our garage 2 years prior DID NOT do a good job which resulted in it breaking again. Colby was very informative in explaining what needed to be done and gave us a quote for what needed to be replaced.Originally we were not expecting to have to replace pretty much everything (rollers, bearings, tension rod, motor). In fairness, our garage system was very old but we just didn’t expect to have to do it all at once. But thankfully Colby and the owner were not only able to give us a discount because of the work of the prior company but they also worked with us on the payment which we were thankful for especially in this economy where products and services have increased dramatically over the last 3-4 years. Being able to work with customers is a characteristic of good service companies. Colby was able to get to work and finished in a timely manner and even answered other questions we had after he had finished.If I could say one thing, it would be that I wish a garage key pad could have been priced in and included when a new motor is purchased and installed. But other than that, the service was great all around and I hope that Ryder continues to not only stay locally owned but also continue to work with other customers like they did with us!
