As part of our garage remodel we knew we had to address our old garage door and motor, but we weren't sure if it needed to be replaced or if there was something else we could do. Javier was at our house the very same day we called and happily walked us through all the options. Though we initially resolved to get a brand new door, he was totally understanding and accommodating when the next day we changed our mind to simply replace the motor and service & insulate our existing garage door. Javier and Leo worked with us on timing around the other work we were having done and did a superb job servicing and improving our existing garage door -- it runs so much smoother and feels like a brand new door! When it does come time to replace the door, Coast-to-Coast is who we'll call.
I called Javier at Coast to Coast Garage Door to provide a solution as I was not able to park my truck with a roof top tent in my garage, it was too low. He came the same day called and provided the perfect solution by installing a new door higher to the ceiling with a side mounted roller drive unit. While I signed the agreement on Friday afternoon. The garage dooor and opener arrived promptly and the door installed the following Friday, while hauling away the old garage door, rails, and opener. He was responsive to my calls, arrived on-time, finished in about 4 hours, and it worked perfectly. He provided guidance on the system, functionality, and the opener remotes.
