Rod at JM Overhead Door is the absolute best. I had someone come out to work on my garage door and I will only say it was a complete disaster! After the work was done, the door was no longer secure and the only solution they gave me was I needed a new garage door. I was charged a fortune and left with a complete mess. I called Rod and he promptly came out to assess the problem and give me his recommendations. He was very honest about what was wrong with it and the chances of being able to fix it correctly. Within a few hours, he sent me a text telling me he thought he could fix the problem and I would not need a new garage door. He far exceeded my expectations and the garage door was better than before anyone started work on it. His customer service and workmanship was 10/10. He even checked in with me a few days later to make sure everything was working well. Happy customer who is now able to park in the garage for the first time.

Rod with JM Overhead Door provided the best service imaginable!When I arrived home my garage door would not open, either with the remote or manually with the key. While I called two other companies who could not make it that day and quoted higher prices, my partner reached Rod who identified the problem over the phone and requested we text a photo for him to determine needed repair parts. He arrived within minutes, got the door opened, verified the problem, replaced two springs and serviced the door. All done within an hour, and the door has never worked more smoothly!
