I live in the BC Interior. Last summer a violent windstorm destroyed my existing gate and openers. Brian helped me select the proper equipment to align with my existing ground loops and ancillary components to install new gate openers I had an issue at Christmas 2025 (my fault) and Brian responded immediately to help me troubleshoot the issues. Brian from Overhead Door Parts is nothing short of amazing. I had issues with my double swing arm gate controller not working with temperatures extremely cold down to -30. I had just decided we probably needed a new controller board of which I ordered Online from Overhead Door Parts. I was able to contact Brian unusually at 5:30 PM on a Saturday January 3, 2026. Not only did he help me with diagnosis, he also informed me that I should have an input power light that was continually on. From his guidance, I went to the panel and when I opened it, there was no input power. I checked the connections and there was one loose connection. With less than 30 seconds in front of the controller, the gate was working and not only that when I called him back, he was willing to cancel my order because I didn’t need the control board after all.
