Jay and Lonny were very friendly as well as efficient. They gave me a thorough run through of how to operate the doors, program the remote Etc after they were finished. And the install looks perfect! Bonnie is also an excellent communicator and very organized and friendly as well. I highly recommend Vision Garage Doors!

Fast response to my broken residential garage door springs issue (4 springs total, 2 were broken). They were the only company that I could find at the time that could do same-day service. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. and the job was done quickly. Not sure why he insisted that the door needed to have two different sized springs on it (2x30" on the left and 2x36" on the right for a single door), but I assume that is because it was similar to how the door was originally, or that's all he had in the truck at the time. Either way, I'm not the expert so trusted him on that. He also did some other maintenance tasks (lubricate, adjust, etc). He made sure I was aware that the additional service was thrown in free of charge. The door now works well, and is generally quiet minus the odd bang occasionally. The review would be higher, but the $1,550 price tag that came with this job leaves me a bit confused given he was in and out in about 3 hours and the springs appear to go for $100-$200 online for a pair depending on thickness. If the price is actually reasonable, then this review should be more in the 4 to 5 star range.
Replaced old worn wood door. Crew showed up on time and a did a very good and efficient job. Door looks and works great. Very happy
