We dealt with Harbour Doors who did the original installation for garage door and gates about 10 years ago. Great service!Went back today to get a replacement battery for the garage door. Reception person could not find anyone to see if there was a battery available. I was advised to leave the dead battery, and someone would call when one was located (two trips ??). Reception person kept taking calls in between taking my information. After waiting 30 minutes a person came from the parts area, and was able to find the battery in question. It was another 10 minutes for an invoice to be processed. They are short service techs and parts people. Not certain what is going on. The business is not being run at all professionally! Trying to shop local, and the service level is not encouraging.

Very professional company from start to finish. The individual who booked the appointment was very knowledgeable and made suggestions to trouble shoot the issue I was having. She explained how their pricing worked for service and was accommodating of my schedule. The technician Dylan was awesome. He was successful in fixing an issue with our very old doors even when it was doubtful it could be fixed. He explained things thoroughly and was patient. I know we are on borrowed time with the doors, but Dylan was honest and did not try to “sell” us anything. We will definitely call Harbour Doors when we are ready to purchase new doors as this was a great introduction to the company.
100% recommend this company. We received two quotes from two companies. Harbour Doors were quite a bit less. They were honest and no nonsense, not pushy or trying to up-sell us towards a door that we didn’t need! Installation was professional and took less time than we were told. Great team, great product! I love our new doors, perfect colour and texture! Nice clean look! New lighter doors versus the older dark green doors that were wooden and heavy and required regular painting. This company was recommended to us by a neighbour who also got new garage doors.
