They suggested several options, were very reasonably/competitively priced, arrived on time, had great communication, and really cared about offering the best service (Michael even wiped down the weather stripping and examined the other houses in the HOA to make sure they were similar). It has been a pleasure working with Sears Garage solutions because of the personal service I received! Dave came out and gave me an estimate, Mike installed and did a great job in a timely manner and Georgiana kept me informed of the scheduled appointments! Had an excellent experience!We made the call and a few days later, Mike came by to show what he could do for us. We wanted to replace everything from the rails, door, and opener. Mike explained everything with clarity and answered all the questions we had. He even answered questions we didn't think of! Mike made a few nice recommendations such as frosted glass windows, which turned out perfect! Communication was great. When ask for, Mike provided us with proof of insurance which was confirmed by the agency. We went ahead and ordered doors and a couple of weeks later they were installed! We felt we got a great value for the cost. Would recommend to anyone in need of a garage installation!

I messaged them about my broken garage door, and they responded within a day, had me scheduled within a day, gave me an estimate over the phone based on the photos I sent and showed up, fixed all ABOVE and BEYOND what was expected, AND, honored the estimate price! As a bonus, Mike is a kind, friendly and highly knowledgeable technician who shared some other insights on how to keep our garage door in well-maintained condition. I highly recommend them, and by the way, I am a realtor (just to mention as I know MANY contractors but only refer those I find to be PHENOMENAL!) Photos are before and after. BOTH sets of springs were broken, cables disengaged and hanging and pole was secured poorly to a weak plank… Now, all repaired and operating BETTER than BEFORE the break even occurred! Amazing..
