Lance can out very quickly to make an assessment and provide me with a written estimate. He was very polite, on time and acted very professional. I made an appointment for the next day, he arrived on time and well prepared to complete the job. I am very impressed and satisfied with the work performed and the price paid. We ordered an unusual commercial roll up door in a blue color that isn’t commonly ordered for a residence. Lance and the rest of the staff at Bedford were awesome from start to finish with our order and we got our door installed quickly and absolutely love it. We were quoted a much higher price from another company as well, so go with Bedford for a reasonable quote! We highly recommend them!
Lance immediately emailed a quotation in response to my inquiry sent via their website ... on a weekend. We clarified all questions and details and he revised the quotation to meet our specific requirements.
