I have had many opportunities to request service from garage door repair companies. Bedford Overhead Door Company in Vista, CA is a company that I had personal experience with when they recently repaired my extremely heavy all wooden sectional garage door. Lance can out very quickly to make an assessment and provide me with a written estimate. He was very polite, on time and acted very professional. I made an appointment for the next day, he arrived on time and well prepared to complete the job. I am very impressed and satisfied with the work performed and the price paid. I highly recommend this company.

We clarified all questions and details and he revised the quotation to meet our specific requirements. After reviewing two competitive bids, we made the decision to use Bedford Overhead Doors because of their response, knowledge, pricing and high level of performance to that point. On Monday we committed to Bedford and we scheduled the work for Tuesday. Mo and Lance proactively communicated every step of the way, Lance arrived with everything necessary to perform the repairs and maintenance as planned. If you value great customer service from the beginning of the process through project completion , Bedford Overhead Doors will deliver exactly that.

I had a great experience with Bedford Overhead Doors and would highly recommend them to anyone! We were able to schedule an appointment faster than any other company that we contacted and Lance went above and beyond to fix our garage door and most importantly I felt the service was really affordable.
Lance came prepared with equipment he wasn't certain he would need, but had it just in case and of course, turns out we needed it. He was fast, nice, knowledgeable and I completely trusted him and his input.
Again, I would highly recommend Lance and his company to anyone. You be very pleased with their service!
