Joel and Frank arrived the same day my garage door spring broke in half after 20+ years of operation. They had all the right parts, explained everything well, made good recommendations (including a strut to support the door), fixed and adjusted a couple of additional things at no additional charge, and were very pleasant to work with. My garage door needed some TLC and the price was reasonable. I'd call 'em again!

Ben was our lifeline late at night on a Saturday evening. The spring on our garage door broke as we went to close the garage. We originally called precision garage since they were the original installers but they wouldn’t be able to come until Sunday evening between 10 pm to 2 am the earliest.We frantically called tip top since we couldn’t leave our garage door open all night. Ben to the rescue, he showed up within 30 minutes of us calling! He diagnosed the issue in minutes, explained our options to us and had our garage fixed in the hour.What started out as panic, annoyance and frustration turned into confidence, calm and ease. Thank you Ben for saving the night and weekend for us!Extra shoutout to the clean wiring work. I wish I had a before photo because the wiring on the side of the garage previously was a jumbled mess (from the previous install) and Ben’s work as you can see from photos, is very clean.
