James was my service tech that came to fix my garage door. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely friendly, professional, and willing to help. He took the time to explain every step of the process to me in a way that I could understand since I knew nothing about garage doors. He showed me all the parts that were wrong and or damaged and needed to be replaced. He was in a great mood the entire time and was very friendly. He didn’t make me feel rushed or try to run off the second. The job was done. He took the time afterwards to show me all the parts that were replaced and it showed me how the garage door function afterwards and how much better it was working.
Got up Sunday morning and the garage door wouldn’t open. Looked online and found Precision. Used their chatbot and confirmed a tech would be here by 1, then a text said between 10-2, then a call from James at 9 saying he’d be here in 30-40 minutes if that was ok. James quickly diagnosed the situation, gave me 3 options, I picked one and we were off. He completed the job timely and reasonably priced. James was great to work with.

Yesterday early morning one of the tension springs on my garage door broke. Precision Garage Door of Waco answered the call. James came over, did an assessment of the whole system and made other recommendations for items that needed to be replaced. He took the time to answer my questions and our door was repaired in no time and now I can barely hear the door when opening or closing. I am very pleased with this company, their service, and with the technician, James Ward, that made the repairs.
Precision was an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful for all aspects of our job, from helping us evaluate different features and selecting our door, confirming field measurements and perfect installation. They kept us informed about ordering and delivery and installed the door as scheduled. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process. The door and opener have great features and the whole package was significantly less expensive than other suppliers in Waco had quoted for a similar door but with less features.
