Was having difficulty with a 2 car garage door not opening completely and being extremely noisy a second garage door motor did not work at all. Got a total of 3 bids.1. Rep seemed angry to be at work and did a poor job communicating.His quote was a bit high but reasonable.2. A fast talking character that wanted to ultimately sell me 2 new motors, one for each door and a new 2 car garage door. Stated the garage door had probably been damaged. (mind you the house is no more than 5 years old) Bid was for over 10 thousand. (Maybe he thought I was demented.)3. Zoli from Palms Garage Doors showed up. Knowledgible very pleasant and honest. No need for a new door, changed out all the rollers, programmed appropriate tension for the motor and lubricated springs and rollers. Also adjusted rails. Works perfectly.I bought a motor to replace the previously nonfunctioning motor on the second door which included rails, sensors and programming etc. (half the price the second rep had quoted for the same lift master motor.)Honest work, honest pricing, great field technician. Prompt and efficient. No BS!I know who to call in the future you should too!
